Saltwater Corporate Pty Ltd is a 100% Indigenous-owned and operated external audit, accounting and governance consulting firm led by a Chartered Accountant and ASIC Registered Company Auditor. Based in Perth, but servicing the whole of Australia, we provide independent audit, assurance, governance, and accounting services to Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs), government entities, not-for-profits, and for-profit companies across Australia.

Our expertise includes statutory financial statement audits, grant and compliance audits, company secretarial services, and accounting and reporting advisory services.

Saltwater Corporate is founded and led by a former Big-4 Audit Manager with extensive experience auditing complex organisations across multiple sectors. We combine the technical discipline of top-tier audit training with a deep understanding of Aboriginal governance and compliance. Our founder holds governance roles as Company Secretary of a large Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation and sits on both a Government board and a not-for-profit board, bringing first-hand governance insight to every engagement.

We help organisations meet their audit and reporting obligations under the CATSI Act 2006, Corporations Act 2001, and Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards.
