Saltwater Corporate Pty Ltd is a 100% Indigenous-owned and operated audit firm led by a Chartered Accountant and ASIC Registered Company Auditor. Based in Perth and servicing clients throughout Australia, we specialise in independent audit and assurance services for Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, while also serving not-for-profits, government entities, and commercial organisations across all sectors.

Our core services are external audit and assurance, including statutory financial statement audits, grant and compliance audits, and governance and risk reviews. As sustainability reporting obligations expand across Australia, we also provide independent assurance over ESG and sustainability reports, helping organisations meet mandatory requirements or demonstrate voluntary accountability to funders and stakeholders. We help organisations meet their audit and assurance obligations under the CATSI Act 2006, Corporations Act 2001, ACNC Act 2012, and Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards, including obligations under Australia's mandatory sustainability reporting regime.

Saltwater Corporate is founded and led by a former Big-4 Audit Manager with extensive experience auditing complex organisations across multiple sectors, combining the technical discipline of top-tier audit training with a deep understanding of Aboriginal governance and compliance requirements. Our founder is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and currently holds board roles as Chair of an Audit and Risk Committee on a WA State Government board, Chair of the Finance Committee of a large ACNC-registered not-for-profit, and Independent Director on the commercial subsidiary of an Aboriginal native title organisation. That experience on both sides of the governance table is rare in the audit profession, and it means we bring a genuine understanding of what boards need from an independent auditor to every engagement we take on.
